Dawari Fiberesima was appointed Managing Director of DMK in 2012. With a robust background in leadership and management, Mr. Fiberesima has been instrumental in steering the company towards significant growth and operational excellence. His strategic vision and dedication to innovation have played a pivotal role in DMK’s success in the highly competitive oil and gas sector.

Before joining DMK, Mr. Fiberesima was the Managing Director of Extructures Ltd, a Lagos-based market research and survey company, from February 2010 to June 2011. At Extructures, he successfully combined the company’s historic innovative and customer-driven expertise with strategic and operational rigor, resulting in exponential revenue growth. Under his leadership, Extructures not only strengthened its existing business but also expanded into new markets, demonstrating his capability to drive business growth and diversification. Prior to his tenure at Extructures, Mr. Fiberesima spent three years with AMC Productions Ltd, where he managed a diverse client portfolio. His role at AMC Productions involved developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and contributing to the company’s overall strategic objectives.

Mr. Fiberesima’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Lagos and a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Port Harcourt. His commitment to continuous professional development is evident through his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and his membership in the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Additionally, he holds certifications in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), underscoringhis dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance in the workplace.Mr. Fiberesima is also a respected member of several boards, including Ibani Petroleum, Hansea Energy, and Forresters Services Limited. His board memberships reflect his broad expertise and influence in the energy sector, as well as his commitment to driving strategic initiatives and fostering corporate governance.
